Check in / out

Our check-in time is between 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm- should you be arriving later than this, you will need to let us know, so we can ensure someone is available to greet you, and check you in. Please email, phone or text. Should you need to arrive earlier, we prefer that you just drop your luggage off, and head to the beach, and return at 2.00 pm. As many flights arrive into Sri Lanka during the night, you will need to reserve your room for the night of arrival, so we can check you in (even if you arrive at 04.00 am, better to have a room ready for you)

As a small property, we have sufficient pool beds for our in-house guests, so we’d appreciate giving the outgoing guests time to enjoy their time until their check-out time. Check-out time is strictly 11.00 am.

Airport Transfers to/from Colombo Airport

There are a couple of local drivers, whom we use frequently, and find them to be honest & reliable. We are happy to arrange a tranfer on your behalf.

• Their rate is Rps11,000* for a pick-up from Colombo Airport & Rps10,000* for a drop-off.

  *This rate is subject to change.

• On arrival, if you don’t have cash, you can pay them the following day, once you’ve had a chance to find the local ATM.

• We only make these arrangements, and have no further responsibility.

Towels - Bath & Pool

We provide both bath and pool towels.

• In the interest of cost & the environment, we only refresh towels every 3 days.

• You may use the towels at the beach, but if lost, you will be responsible for the replacement.

• We request that if you use skin tanning creams, that you provide your own towels, as this stains & ruins towels. We regret we will have to charge if this occurs.
